Hidden above the bustle of Melbourne’s CBD, Seamstress Restaurant & Bar is a speakeasy-style martini bar with dimly lit charm, jazz vibes, and a rich history. We are looking for a talented and passionate Cocktail Bar Manager to take the reins of our bar program and lead our front-of-house bar team.

About the Role:
As Bar Manager, you’ll be the face of our bar – curating a cocktail list, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring our guests experience seamless, world-class hospitality. From staff training and scheduling to maintaining bar standards and driving creativity, you’ll combine leadership with a love of cocktails and service.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Bar Manager or Senior Bartender in a premium cocktail or speakeasy-style venue
• Strong cocktail knowledge, particularly classics and martini variations
• Ability to manage, train, and inspire a small team in a high-volume setting with table service
• Excellent floor presence – confident with guest engagement and service, a natural host
• Strong organisational skills across ordering, rostering, managing costs, stock control, and compliance
• A passion for hospitality, and creating memorable guest experiences
